I’m Rhea Jassal, an Empowerment Coach guiding women to feel truly liberated in their bodies and around food so that they can embrace their most confident and authentic selves.
Why?
Because for over a DECADE, I struggled with my relationship with food and my body. It wasn’t until I began my healing journey that I uncovered the limiting beliefs shaping my choices -
and the impact they had on my life. Through this process,
I learned to trust my body, listen to its signals, find freedom around food, and build lasting confidence. Now, it’s my mission to help other women do the same.
